Strength for Generations I Lose Weight, Healthy Diet, Strength Training, Nutrition, Energized
Are you exhausted by 2 pm, wondering where all your energy went?
Are you feeling disconnected from your spouse because perimenopause and hormonal changes have zapped your energy for intimacy?
Are you too tired to be the patient, present parent you want to be?
Tired of feeling weak and unable to do the physical activities you used to love?
I am so excited you're here!
This podcast will help you reclaim the energy you thought was gone forever, balance your hormones naturally, and rediscover your physical strength so you can live out your calling with confidence.
Hey, I'm Christa Baker, founder of Baker Family Fitness, wife, mom, and Christian health coach.
For years, I was exhausted and struggling with my changing body. My hormones felt out of control, I was too tired to parent well, too drained to connect with my husband, and too weak to serve others and fulfill my calling in life.
I tried extreme diets that left me more confused, workout programs that ignored my hormonal reality, and generic advice that didn't work for my season of life.
Then, my husband and I realized that we needed to work WITH our bodies. We started using strategies that restored our energy, strengthened our relationships, and honored God's design for our bodies.
Now, I have steady energy to serve my family without running on empty, my husband and I feel connected and confident again, and we're modeling healthy stewardship for our children while living fully into our calling.
If you are ready to find solutions that improve your health so you can show up fully as a parent, spouse, and servant...
Real strategies that work WITH your changing body and hormones...
This podcast is for you!
Grab your coffee or your ribeye and open your heart - it's time to build strength for generations.

Tired of healthy food rules that never seem to stick?
Feeling like a hypocrite when trying to model healthy habits for your kids?
Wondering why you keep fighting a war with your own body every single day?
In this special series launch episode, I'm introducing the groundbreaking Fruits of the Spirit series that will transform how you approach your health as a Christian parent. We're exploring why most health approaches fail - because they're built on shame and frustration instead of love. I'm sharing how to shift from a restriction-based mindset to a love-based approach that actually creates lasting change, starting with three practical ways to implement this foundation today.
Galatians 5:22-23 - "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 - "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends."
