Strength for Generations I Lose Weight, Healthy Diet, Strength Training, Nutrition, Energized
Are you exhausted by 2 pm, wondering where all your energy went?
Are you feeling disconnected from your spouse because perimenopause and hormonal changes have zapped your energy for intimacy?
Are you too tired to be the patient, present parent you want to be?
Tired of feeling weak and unable to do the physical activities you used to love?
I am so excited you're here!
This podcast will help you reclaim the energy you thought was gone forever, balance your hormones naturally, and rediscover your physical strength so you can live out your calling with confidence.
Hey, I'm Christa Baker, founder of Baker Family Fitness, wife, mom, and Christian health coach.
For years, I was exhausted and struggling with my changing body. My hormones felt out of control, I was too tired to parent well, too drained to connect with my husband, and too weak to serve others and fulfill my calling in life.
I tried extreme diets that left me more confused, workout programs that ignored my hormonal reality, and generic advice that didn't work for my season of life.
Then, my husband and I realized that we needed to work WITH our bodies. We started using strategies that restored our energy, strengthened our relationships, and honored God's design for our bodies.
Now, I have steady energy to serve my family without running on empty, my husband and I feel connected and confident again, and we're modeling healthy stewardship for our children while living fully into our calling.
If you are ready to find solutions that improve your health so you can show up fully as a parent, spouse, and servant...
Real strategies that work WITH your changing body and hormones...
This podcast is for you!
Grab your coffee or your ribeye and open your heart - it's time to build strength for generations.

Have you ever felt like no one sat you down and actually explained how your body works?
What if the fatigue, the brain fog, and the habits that will not stick are not signs that something is wrong with you - but signs that you were never given a clear foundation to build on?
What if the patterns you are forming right now are quietly shaping who you will become physically, mentally, and spiritually for the next 30 years?
In this episode, I am sharing four things every young person between 15 and 30 needs to understand about their body - blood sugar, protein, movement, and the one foundation that makes all of it last - so you can stop guessing and start building health that actually carries you forward.

What if your motivation keeps failing not because you are lazy or undisciplined, but because it has been built on the wrong foundation from the start?
What if comparison, competition, and the need for external validation have been quietly polluting your motives and making consistency impossible?
Could building health from your God-given identity instead of someone else's standard be the shift that finally makes everything click?
In this episode, I am sharing how the sixth Beatitude connects directly to the mixed motives and identity confusion that keep faithful families stuck in cycles of inspired starts and frustrated stops, so you can build motivation that is unshakeable because it comes from who God created you to be.
